Carvil was appointed by YourTribe to assist it with its plans to redevelop Coburg House in a mixed-use scheme containing c. 25,000 sqft of commercial space and c.250 student rooms.  In its role as public affairs adviser, Carvil arranged a two-day public exhibition and two webinars as well as a development website and meetings with key stakeholders. A planning application was submitted in December 2024 with Southwark Council’s Planning Committee granting a unanimous resolution to grant planning approval in November 2025.
